A Time to Breathe

Yesterday was the end of this year's first semester at MAMC. Me and my batchmates had these series of comprehensive exams starting last Monday and oh boy was it not a big pain in the neck! Imagine I had to answer these long examination papers for hours and the worse part of it was I was not even sure of my answers. You see due to my very easy-going personality I was not able to review for the exams. During these passed few days I was already sleeping before eight o'clock in the evening while most of my batchmates were busy reviewing all that we have learned for this semester and were not able to ger any sleep at all. Fortunately I was able to pass most my exams naman (except for pedia and the first part of our postcon exam which I haven't seen the results yet). Thank goodness the compre is over!

Today I passed the last requirement that I needed for my IMCI subject and re-checked the number of OVDs that I had acquired during my passed duties. I only had 2 OVDs and we have an allowance of up to 8 OVDs before we are recquired to make up for them. I 'm really thankful 'cause I don't need to have a make-up duty unlike most of the people I know in school (Hehe...) which also means that don't have to pay extra and spend my precious sembreak to make-up for my absences, violations and etc. Unfortunately I still have to go to school in the next few days in order for our coordinator to check the number of skills that I had acquired during this semester that is written in my skillsbook which is approximately 5% of our final grade in RLE.

Hai... this semester had really been such a blast. I believe the next one would be much harder pa. I just hope that I would not fail in any of my subjects talaga in order for me to advance to the fourth level next year.

See ya' soon Tina!

Later this afternoon Kristina, a friend of mine, is finally leaving the country. I have known her since high school and never did I thought that there will come a day that we will have to part ways.

It has been almost 5 years since I first mer her at gaiden. She was such a sweet, quiet and friendly "nene" back then and I never thought that we would be this close to each other. I almost cried when I found out that she was already leaving the country.

I was not able to attend her farewell party last saturday so I dropped by to her place yesterday for me to atleast be able to say goodbye to her. I and tina together with Dhon, Pau and Chris ate at Kitaro for lunch then we proceeded at her condo meeting Ginald and Joan on our way. Eumir was able to come too at around 4 in the afternoon. I'm kinda broke so all that I was able to give her was this Koru the bad pig cellphone strap which I hope she would keep. Hehe..

I'm really not sure when I will be able to see Tina again. Maybe after I graduate and finally work in the states I will be able to drive to where she is and say hi. Or maybe if she decides to have her vacation here in the country we can spend time together again. All I'm certain is that although she's already going away we will definitely see each other again someday and that distance and time won't end our friendship no matter what.

People come and go but you'll never gonna lose them unless you want to. No matter the time and distance friends will always be friends and your paths will always cross as long as you keep on finding a way to do so.
