Chewing with the Wrong Teeth

I visited the dentist earlier this day to have one of my teeth undergo "pasta" (dental filling). The dentist told me that the hole in my teeth isn't deep yet but I still had it fixed just to prevent it from getting worse. She also told me to chew in the left side of my mouth for 24 hours but I keep on forgetting to. As a matter of fact when I ate lunch I still chewed using the side where my dental filling is. And I had been chewing using the wrong side of my mouth the whole day. Wahahaha!!!
